Verdiem Helps Partners Reduce PC Energy Consumption By Nearly 40 Percent

Deployment of Verdiem’s PC Power Management Software To More Than 27,000 PC’s Producing More Than $1 Million In Annual Savings

Seattle, WA – Monday, February 1, 2010 – Verdiem, the leader in enterprise PC power management software, today announced that the Partners Healthcare has deployed Verdiem’s SURVEYOR on more than 27,000 of its networked PC’s. Since deployment and enforcement of SURVEYOR’s energy policies, Partners Healthcare has realized a 39.5 percent reduction in energy costs, resulting in more than $1 million in annual savings. Boston-based Partners HealthCare is an integrated healthcare network that includes multiple major hospitals with more than 5,000 practicing physicians attending to four million outpatient visits and 170,000 admissions annually.
